José Antonio Kast has appointed attorney Ana María Hübner as the new president of the State Defense Council (CDE). She is scheduled to assume the position on April 16.
The jurist's term at the head of the agency will last three years. This decision marks a new era of leadership for the institution responsible for the legal defense of the State.
Hübner brings over three decades of experience within the organization, having served as part of the CDE's legal staff since 1991.
Academic and Professional Profile
The incoming president holds a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Chile. Her academic background is complemented by significant experience in higher education.
Between 2003 and 2009, she served as a professor of Civil Law at the University of Chile's Faculty of Law.
With this appointment, the CDE enters a new chapter of management under the leadership of a professional with extensive experience in protecting the nation's patrimonial interests.
