A cargo truck overturned on Friday morning on the La Pólvora highway in the Valparaíso commune. The accident occurred after the vehicle struck a roadside guardrail.
The crash has caused significant traffic delays in the area. According to reports from BioBioChile, one lane remains blocked in both the direction of Placilla and toward Playa Ancha.
